"Adam was very patient helping me transfer over my existing auto, travel trailer and homeowners policies and setting up new coverage on a classic car, we were just gifted. We were able to increase our vehicle coverage, obtain umbrella insurance and still save money by switching from GEICO to State Farm. Adam was so patient explaining all of the ins and outs of everything in the insurance world to me. And let me just say I had a lot of questions. He took time explaining what certain coverages meant and never tried to add coverage that I didn’t need. We hadn’t switched insurance companies because luckily we haven’t had to use it (knock on wood) but when we acquired the new vehicle we decided to shop around and look at rates. Honestly, we should have done this years ago because my complacency has been costing us a lot of money around $1000 a year. And at the end of the day and after being loyal GEICO customers for 11 years they didn’t even care that we left. Adam was so incredibly helpful, patient and kind. I am so happy we made this change and now have someone local we can go to for our insurance needs, ones that actually show they care about the people they insure!"

"I switched to Dan Pfeifer after years with another company that kept raising my rates and were hard to reach on the phone and in person. I've only been with State Farm since January 2024, but have been very satisfied with them thus far. Rates are the lowest I've had in years. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I also use the drive safe and save app, which helps keep costs down. I signed up for a term life insurance policy with Adam from Dan's office today, and he was wonderful to deal with and walked me through the entire process. Any time I have called, text, or emailed with questions the response time is VERY quick and it's so nice to get real live people to respond versus the automated I've dealt with at other companies. The best part, they're local! I like the peace of mind knowing my agents office is close by and not located in another state or country."
